Pip managed the selling of items from a deceased estate on our behalf. We gave them control of setting the prices then adjusting prices until the items were sold, that worked well for us. They managed to find buyers for everything, even some items I thought would be difficult to sell. It saved me the trouble of listing the items for sale and dealing with potential buyers. An accurate statement was sent to me on the first business day after the last item was sold and the funds were deposited into my bank on that same day.
